- Booking information: name, email and scheduling details when you book a discovery call via the Cal.com integration.
- Analytics data: anonymous, cookieless page-view data (pages visited, referral source, general region) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- To schedule and manage discovery call bookings
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
- To send relevant follow-up related to your inquiry, never unsolicited marketing
3. Data storage and security
This site is served through Cloudflare's global network over encrypted connections (TLS 1.3). Contact-form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with access limited to Herman Kapange, and transmitted to my inbox over encrypted channels.
4. Data sharing
Your personal information is never sold or traded. It is shared only with:
- Service providers: Cal.com (scheduling) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics, form handling), used solely to provide this site's services to you.
- Legal requirements: when required by law.

6. Data retention
Contact submissions and lead data are retained for the duration of our business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion at any time.
