Bright Hope Schools — Rapid MVP Website

Bright Hope Schools needed a modern, professional online presence to serve prospective parents, showcase their curriculum and facilities, and establish credibility in Tanzania's competitive private education market.

Without a website, the school relied entirely on word-of-mouth and physical visits — limiting their reach and making it difficult for working parents to evaluate the school before committing to a visit.

Delivered under Lycus Technologies as Head of ICT, I ran a focused 2-week sprint demonstrating rapid MVP development capability.

Rapid scoping identified core requirements — school information, admissions process, program details, and contact functionality — and cut everything non-essential for launch. Built with React and Tailwind CSS for a fast, responsive, mobile-friendly experience with content-first design putting school programs and values front and center.
